CIPP, Cured-In-Place Pipe lining, pulls a resin-saturated liner through your existing sewer line, inflates it, and cures it into a brand-new, jointless pipe inside the old one. No digging, most homes done in a single day, and the new pipe is independently rated to last 50+ years.
If you have recurring clogs, gurgling drains, foul odors, or sewage backups, or if you've just bought an older home, an HD camera inspection is the only way to see what's actually going on inside the line. We watch the footage with you and quote the fix based on what we find, not on what we guess.
Drain cleaning usually means mechanical snaking, punching a hole through a clog. Hydro jetting uses 3,500+ PSI of water to scour the inside of the pipe clean: grease, scale, roots, and debris. Jetting is what we reach for when a clog keeps coming back.
Lining works on most cracked, corroded, or root-intruded pipes. We recommend full replacement (often via trenchless pipe bursting) when the existing line is collapsed, severely back-pitched, or undersized for the home. The HD camera inspection tells us which path is right.
